Location is a bit dodgy if I am honest. Walking from the metro to the hotel you pass plenty of hobos and dive bars.
Service wise, all the staff were amazing.
The room was clean and comfortable, but for some mould stains in the bathroom.
Early check-in is not available, to my disappointment, however reception is more than happy to take your bags whilst you burn some hours until check-in.
Service was consistently messing up. We ordered room service, said they did not have the items we wanted, we ordered, our order apparently did not go through until we called over an hour later to see where the food was at and they told us we never ordered. Room service food was not good and was dry. On checkout they also charged us for the wrong room. Room and hotel is pretty but would not stay again because of the service.
Acta the avenue was a great hotel to stay at. First of all the location of the hotel is perfect: it’s only a little walk to all the sightseeing spots. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and a lot of restaurants and cafés. The room was always very clean and there was nothing missing. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast. There was not enough choice for a 4-star hotel. Apart from that was our stay excellent and very comfortable. Thank you!
Outstanding hotel. Very nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, very nice service. Location is not ideal if you are coming as a tourist for 2 nights. It is about 20 minutes walking from center of Porto, but great for the price.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is quite big and super clean. All recommondations! If we come to Porto again, we will book the same hotel!

New built hotel in a nice area. Not to far from city centre. The rooms are great size with comfortable beds. However, I would have spect some sleepers for a 4 star hotel.
Stopped by to try the rooftop bar after seeing it advertised at the door of the hotel. It's well decorated with fabulous views, but we had a long wait for our order. The very nice staff explained that there were only two in the kitchen. Maybe we were just there at the wrong time?
